Aleksandra Dubov

An Interlochen Arts Academy & Indiana University graduate, Aleksandra Dubov is blessed with a versatile voice that streams from the heart. Whether she's floating an Italian Aria in a concert hall, crooning a jazz standard in the kitchen, or playing one of her original compositions to a packed club, Aleksandra's voice invites her audience into a pure loving sonic space. At the tender age of six she began performing in the Metropolitan Opera Children's Chorus Spawning her appetite for vocal performance art. Aleksandra was born in New York City and moved to Jerusalem, New Orleans, Detroit, Interlochen, MI, Phoenix, AZ, Boise,ID, and Bloomington, IN where she collected distinct sounds and styles from each culture that she absorbed. She recently left New York City for Berkeley. She is currently a singing tour guide, a member of the band Mannequin Planet and singing her own songs in venues around the bay area.
